When ordering a device, the software fee is charged at the time of purchase. Devices are sold as one-time purchases and include free shipping within the EU (12 € elsewhere). All devices come with a 30-day return policy and a 24-month warranty. Leasing prices include the Maxhub display (43") and the InfoBox software, based on a 36-month contract via Grenke. .

What to display on a restaurant screen
Digital menus and the daily special
A digital menu is the most common use of a restaurant screen. Show your à la carte list, the daily lunch, and specials clearly, and update prices or sold-out dishes remotely in seconds, with no reprinting. Offers, drinks, and events at the right time
Scheduling handles changing content for you: the lunch offer shows at midday, the à la carte and drink menu in the evening, and happy hour only during set hours. The same screen rotates upcoming events, theme nights, and seasonal campaigns. Build content in Canva or PowerPoint and upload it as an image or video, and YouTube videos play directly.

Does InfoBox work with my existing TV?
Yes. InfoBox runs directly on any Android TV (Sony, Philips, TCL, Hisense, Xiaomi). For non-Android TVs we ship the €59 InfoBox Basic HDMI device that turns any TV into a remote-managed display.
What content can I display?
Images, videos, PDFs, web pages, calendars, weather, Power BI dashboards, Canva designs, SharePoint views and YouTube videos. Content can be scheduled by daypart or auto-updated via integrations.
Do screens need an internet connection?
Internet is required for updates and remote management. InfoBox supports offline playback: if the connection drops, the screen keeps showing the last synced content until the network returns.
Can InfoBox update the menu automatically?
Yes. Upload menus as images, use built-in menu templates, or connect Lounastaja for automatic daily lunch-menu updates. Daypart specials can be scheduled to different times of the day.
