All prices are exclusive of VAT. The software includes a 14-day free trial, after which the software fee is billed annually in advance. When ordering a device, the software fee is charged at the time of purchase. Devices are sold as one-time purchases and include free shipping within the EU (12 € elsewhere). All devices come with a 30-day return policy and a 24-month warranty. Leasing prices include the Hisense display (32") and the InfoBox software, based on a 36-month contract via Grenke. .

What does "Android device with Google account" mean?
The InfoBox Digital Signage app is installed from Google Play, so you need an Android device with Play Store access and a free Google account. Compatible devices include Android TVs, Android tablets and media players like Chromecast, Strong and Xiaomi. Most Android devices made in the last five years work: the minimum is Android 7, 1 GB RAM and Wi-Fi.
What does the return policy cover?
The InfoBox Basic stick has a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your money with no questions asked. InfoBox Platform software has a free 14-day trial.
Do I need to buy a device?
No. InfoBox runs on any compatible Android device. If you already have an Android TV, Android stick, or a native Android digital signage display, just install the InfoBox Digital Signage app on it. The InfoBox Basic stick (59 €) is only useful if your screen isn't already Android-compatible.
What is the InfoBox Basic device?
InfoBox Basic is a compact Android stick we sell for 59 €. It plugs into a screen's HDMI port and runs the InfoBox Digital Signage app pre-installed and pre-paired to your account. It's optional: only useful if you don't have a compatible Android device for your screen already.
How does billing work?
Software is billed annually in advance after the free 14-day trial. The price is shown per screen per month for clarity (e.g. 9 €/screen/month), but invoicing is for the full year. Payment options are invoice (e-invoicing or PDF) or credit card. Devices are one-time purchases and include free shipping within the EU (12 € elsewhere).
