How do I order from the store?
Contact us from any product page or through the contact page. We confirm the price, delivery option and lead time by email and invoice the order. There is no card checkout.
Where do you deliver?
The InfoBox Basic media player ships free within the EU. For displays, mounts and accessories we confirm delivery options and costs for your country in the quote.
Are prices shown with or without VAT?
All store prices are in euros excluding VAT. Finnish VAT (25.5 %) is added where it applies; EU businesses with a valid VAT number are invoiced according to the reverse-charge rules.
What do I need to run InfoBox on a display?
A display or TV with an HDMI port, an internet connection and an InfoBox subscription. Android TVs run the InfoBox app directly; other displays use the InfoBox Basic media player.
How is the InfoBox software priced?
The software is sold separately at 7 to 9 € per screen per month, billed yearly. The InfoBox Basic stick costs 59 €. See the pricing page for details.
Can I manage several screens from one place?
Yes. Every screen is managed from one InfoBox Platform view in your browser, with scheduling per weekday and time.
Does InfoBox need a constant internet connection?
Internet is needed to publish content and to see screen status. If the connection drops, the screen keeps showing the last synced content.
