Manage all displays from one place

InfoBox Platform brings screen management into one browser view: you add content, organize it into playlists, schedule it by day and week, group your screens, and share access with your team. Below we walk through the key features one by one.

InfoBox mobile remote management
Remote Management

Manage your displays from any device

InfoBox Platform works in your browser, so you can manage displays from your computer, tablet or phone – anywhere in the world. No software to install and no server to maintain. The same browser view scales from one screen to a whole chain, so management stays just as simple whether you run one screen or a hundred. You see each screen's status and uptime in real time.

  • Works on all devices and browsers
  • No software installation required
  • Real-time display status monitoring
Content Management

Add content to your displays in a few clicks

With InfoBox digital signage software, you can easily upload all the content you need. Add videos, YouTube links, images, PDFs, Power BI reports and many other formats. Content is stored in a media library where you can organize it into folders and control who sees each file. The same content can be reused on many screens without uploading it again.

  • Images and videos in all formats
  • External websites
  • Multi-page PDFs
  • Power BI, Google Drive and Sharepoint

Playlists

Build content into a playlist and publish it to many screens at once

A playlist is InfoBox's way to organize what a screen shows. You add images, videos, PDFs, Power BI views and other content to a playlist, set each item's duration and order, and publish the finished playlist to one or more screens at once. When you update the playlist, the change reaches every screen it's assigned to automatically.

  • Arrange content in any order and set each item's on-screen duration
  • Assign the same playlist to several screens at once
  • Save as a draft and publish only when the content is ready
InfoBox scheduling
Scheduling

Schedule content to display automatically

You can schedule content to appear on specific days and times. For example, show the lunch menu from 10 AM to 2 PM, happy hour promotions from 4 PM to 8 PM, and weekend offers only on Saturdays and Sundays. You can schedule a single item or a whole playlist, and choose whether content is shown or hidden during the selected window. That way the screen always shows the right content at the right time, with no one having to change it by hand.

  • By day of week – Lunch menu on weekdays
  • By time – Happy hour from 4 PM to 8 PM
  • By date range – Campaign start and end dates
  • A single item or a whole playlist – schedule either one
Live Views

Power BI and other integrations

Display real-time data directly on your screens. You can bring Power BI reports, Google Sheets, lunch menus and other external systems directly to your digital signage displays. Content is loaded from a web address, so figures and dashboards update on screen automatically from the source, with no one having to refresh them. Anything that lives at a URL can be shown on a screen.

  • Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Menu systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.)
  • Google Drive, OneDrive, DropBox and SharePoint
  • Any web-based system or dashboard

InfoBox user permissions
User Permissions

Manage user permissions precisely

With InfoBox, you can set specific permissions for each user. Show users only the displays and content they need. This makes the system secure, clear and scalable. Visibility can be restricted per screen, per playlist and per folder: you open content to everyone in the organization, or limit it to selected people. Even in a large organization, everyone sees only their own area.

  • User-specific display permissions
  • Two user roles: admin and user
  • Folder-level permissions
InfoBox screen groups and status
Screen groups

Organize screens into groups and manage access centrally

When you have many screens, screen groups keep things organized. Group screens by location, floor or purpose. A group is first and foremost an access-management tool: when you grant a user access to a group, they reach all of its screens at once, instead of sharing permissions one screen at a time.

The group view also shows at a glance how many of the group's screens are online and how many are offline, so you spot immediately if a screen needs attention.

  • Group screens by location, floor or topic
  • Grant a user access to a whole group at once, instead of screen by screen
  • See at a glance how many group screens are online and how many are offline

Get started in minutes

InfoBox doesn't require a separate installation project or an IT department. Most customers get their first content on screen the same day, in three steps.

1

Connect a screen

InfoBox runs on any Android device. Use your own Android TV or device and install the InfoBox Digital Signage app, or order a pre-paired 59 € InfoBox Basic stick with the app already installed. Connect the device to the network.

2

Pair it to the Platform

Sign in to the InfoBox Platform in your browser. A pre-paired Basic stick appears in your dashboard automatically. To connect your own Android device, enter the Device ID shown on its screen into the Connect Device action. There's no separate login on the screen itself.

3

Add content and publish

Upload images, videos, PDFs and other content, build a playlist, schedule it and publish. Content reaches the screen in seconds, and you can update it remotely any time.
