Kasper Välimäki

Kasper Välimäki is the founder and CEO of InfoBox, the Finnish digital signage platform behind infoboxi.com. He started InfoBox in 2024 after running several retail locations himself and watching every digital signage tool on the market either over-charge for enterprise features or under-deliver on the basics. He built the product he actually needed.

Since launch, InfoBox has grown to serve 250+ businesses across eight industries (restaurants, retail, lunch restaurants, offices, bars, construction sites, pharmacies, and furniture stores) and has shipped integrations with Power BI, Canva, SharePoint, Google Drive, Lounastaja, Sitedrive, and YouTube. All from a small team based in Tampere.

Before InfoBox, Kasper spent fifteen years across eCommerce, branding, and project management, leading work for clients in healthcare, transportation, financial services, manufacturing, FMCG, and retail. That commercial breadth is why InfoBox is built the way it is: priced for small businesses, fast to deploy on existing hardware, and answerable to the actual operator standing behind the counter.

He still personally answers the support line for InfoBox customers (which is why kasper@infoboxi.com routes straight to him). He lives in Tampere with his family and partners on the company with his brother Robert.
