Terms of sale and delivery

The InfoBox store is run by r00 Group Oy (Finnish business ID 3488200-5). It sells displays, mounts, enclosures, accessories, InfoBox media players and InfoBox Platform subscriptions to businesses. These terms apply to every order placed in the store. Please read them before ordering.

Add products to the cart and fill in the checkout details. An order confirmation is sent to the email address you give. We confirm the delivery time by email.

Prices exclude VAT. Finnish VAT of 25.5% is added to orders delivered to Finland. Orders to other EU countries are invoiced without VAT under the reverse-charge rules when the buyer has a valid VAT number. Orders delivered outside the EU are VAT-free exports.

We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs before the order is confirmed.

You can pay by card on Stripe's secure payment page. Orders delivered to Finland can also be paid in euros by Finnish e-invoice or by a prepayment invoice sent by email. Orders delivered to Sweden can also be paid in Swedish kronor by Peppol e-invoice or by a prepayment invoice sent by email. An order paid by prepayment invoice ships once the payment has arrived. Payment terms are on the invoice.

We deliver worldwide. Shipping (excl. VAT) to Finland and Sweden, to other EU countries and elsewhere: InfoBox media players (Basic and Pro) 0 €, 12 € and 19 €, displays 37.50 €, 49 € and 79 € per display, and mounts, enclosures and accessories 19 €, 29 € and 49 €.

An order pays the shipping of its most expensive product group, and everything else ships with it at no extra cost. Displays are charged per display. You see the final shipping cost at checkout. For deliveries outside the EU, any customs duties and import taxes are paid by the recipient.

In-stock products usually ship within two working days of the order. Lead times for made-to-order products are confirmed by email. For real-time stock, call +358 41 364 5354. Check the shipment when it arrives and report transport damage straight away.

Leased displays are rented for 36 months through Grenke under a separate contract that Grenke invoices. The contract is made when it has been signed electronically. Leasing is available for deliveries to Finland and Sweden.

The InfoBox Platform subscription is invoiced yearly in advance by the number of screens. Every InfoBox media player needs a licence. Use of the software is governed by the InfoBox terms of service.

InfoBox's own media players (Basic and Pro) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee when the device is unused and in its original packaging. Returns of displays and other hardware are agreed case by case. Contact support before returning anything.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty unless the product description says otherwise. Displays usually have a three-year warranty and InfoBox's own media players two years. If a product is faulty, contact support without delay.
